VANA / NLNA advertised for commission only ‘sales people’ to sell to newsagents. They listed 2 ads: Victoria and Brisbane / Gold Coast.
Here is the ad for Victoria:
Here is the ad for Queensland:
They announced Friday two new business development managers.
Is commision only a valid form of employment under Australian law ?
Commission only in Australia usually relates to arrangements under certain awards, such as real estate. The numbers, $1,000 to $2,000 a week, indicate they expect the sales people to get plenty of business from newsagents to justify the commissions and have money for their employer, the VANA business too.
This is another example of the delusions of the vana board with them trying to demonstrate relevance by making those on the payroll richer. Seriously stupid move.
