    Using trusted suppliers is key. Don’t get sucked in by unknown suppliers with poor reputation. Good suppliers are like hens teeth at present, especially as the big Melbourne gift fair appears to have been cancelled. Do your research !

    I’d also add that it is critical to ensure clarity on supply. Backorders are a huge problem in our channel right now.
