I have been playing with video software and made this video a few days ago to promote cards and newsXpress businesses as part of my mucking around. The reaction on social media has been terrific. It is the type of post that lends itself to people tagging friends, which extends the reach of the video and the brand it promotes.
I ran this on a few Facebook pages and in each case is resulted in terrific engagement as well as in-store mentions.
With social media content being disposable, I am not overthinking content and always look for easy to create, quick to understand and fun content. Regular fresh new content is the key here.
“I ran this on a few Facebook pages and in each case is resulted in terrific engagement as well as in-store mentions.”
I just had a look at the Southland Newsxpress facebook page and this video posted on the 8th July only had one “share”.
That “share” was from another Newsxpress operator.
By any measure that doesn’t sound like terrific engagement with the public.
I would also be interested in how you would be aware of “instore mentions”? Does your staff send you an email or text or similar advising you of such?

Factroll, you’ve looked at the wrong Facebook page. As for the rest of your comment, it’s none of your business. Believe me or not, I don’t care with you.

Ok…. on the generic Newsxpress facebook page the video had 15 shares.
Each one of those 15 shares was from another Newsxpress branded facebook page. No independent customer or facebook user shared that video either.
And btw I am proud to be a FACTtroll.

Your obsession with me is pathetic. First you comment here as Big Oil, now this psudeonym. Contribute content of value or go away.
This post is about a simple, left-field, approach to marketing cards. You either like it or not. I don’t care. You are obsessed with knocking what I say.
