Or alternatively you could buy a real Lotto ticket off an Australian retail business for exactly the same 70c per game. And a substantial amount of that 70c will be paid as gaming tax by an Australian Company as opposed to a pittance to the NT before it’s squirreled off to Gibraltar.

I am impressed free market competition on taxes. But it would be even better if the app talks to an overseas server farm then no tax to any Australian Government/s. That fixes waste. Can not waste what you do not get.
