“The Tatts group supply Jumbo Interactive via a number of reseller agreements”.
Not sure if I have interpreted this correctly, but Total sales of $155M and revenue of $34.3M.
So that equates to a 22% commission earnt on selling the same product we are? Seems crazy considering they hold only 12% of the domestic lottery market.

Amanda, Ozlotteries are allowed to charge a lot more for the same product. eg 18 games for Oz Lotto is $26.10 on Ozlotteries and $23.60 in our stores. This is where the extra profit margain comes from

Also, OzLotteries sells other products outside of lotteries.

So taking what Shayne has explained, they are making 18% on the same ticket, assuming they pay the same price for that ticket.
