Lotterywest retail transformation

I have been provided two more up to date images of the Lotterywest in-store retail transformation. I am sharing them here to keep readers up to date and to offer non Lotterywest lottery retailers an opportunity to compare to the Tatts in-store retail requirements.

Reminds me of a dentist /doctors . As much as I don’t want to do a new shop fit at least it will look good .

I’m surprised it has very minimal branding.

I’m guessing it comes in much cheaper than a Tatts branded similar size fitout ?

Dont believe it will be “cheap”. Roughly $30-33k for a new counter with 1 terminal and 1 scratchy dispenser.

The white corian will be stained in no time with newsprint and ink – not overly practical colours for a newsagency counter.

Move is distinctly away from lots of branding and going to a minimalist approach for signage. Must be some science behind that decision somewhere, but does not make sense at first glance – or even second glance!

Terminal aside, the cabinet making component of that fit out is about $5k.

Well I would much prefer the $5k than the $30k version

It looked at first like a Medicare type office than a Lotto outlet…very boringly clinical and bland. Yuk….

cost 7k after LW’s contribution (3k) for one pos and snw multifunction counter. This is for stores with one terminal. One screen and external Lotto identifier mandatory rest optional. No window coverings required.7k for 1.5 counter is still expensive.

Glenn is closer to the mark with $30K, as that will be the installed cost. The Corian Modules for a one Lotto machine shop will cost around $9K less rebates for early installation. But when you install them much of your current counter will need to be changed.

Also, looking at the picture above is quite different to real life. In a newly completed store their counter is at the front of the shop and the bright lights makes the red almost invisible. A slight red glow at the bottom, but the top 3/4’s remains white.
