I love this winter newsagent only winter socks promotion to run with the Herald Sun this Saturday. I love it because it is timely, part of a broader Victorian state government promotion, newsagent only and the mechanic is simple. It is this type of newsagent / newspaper promotion that is good for our channel.

Our socks arrived today. Thanks for this post Mark otherwise we we be clueless as to what they are for. It’s amusing that we receive almost as much payment to give away socks as we do for selling the paper. This will make the papers worthwhile for one day at least.
