I early returned The Australian Women’s Weekly Relax With Colour yesterday as there is no spare room and we are full with adult colouring titles from which we make 50% and more. I am not about to take space from them for a title from which we make half the reasonable gross profit.
Had Bauer asked, we would have said no thanks. Instead, we early returned the lot and broke a rule we have to not early return the day of issue.
Haven’t returned this title (yet) but I’m in the middle of a major cull of colouring books. The 33 different mag publisher supplied titles I currently have in store seemed a tad excessive.

Agree with Steve, however trying to track them is difficult, because although they are listed under special interest they appear in different sub-categories.
I’m giving them til Xmas then it’s cull time.

Sent all the magazine colouring books back since day one.
Thought this was a good one though. We got 10 copies of TMIX and since we have a poor sales on these type of mags thought I’d send the lot back. Reconsidering I put out 1 full pocket of 4 to give them a go.
Low and behold we sold all 4 on day one!
Now the moral to that story is if we do not continually get oversupplied from all angles with new and current titles we are more likely to keep larger stocks of a new title, instead of just being pissed off and send them back.

lol I”m actually kind of excited by the TMIX mag. Thermomixes have a cult like following (I joined that cult about a year ago).
This mag should do well. We had preorders for it and I was pretty keen to get my hands on it. They have a decent social media presence as well.
