Every so often newsagents should do a search to check for online reviews of their business. Given the ease with which anonymous reviews can be left at a range of online sites, offering the best possible customer experience every time is more important than ever.

I felt for the first “reviewee”.
We get people all the time coming in to collect tickets purchased online from ticketek. We are an agency only and we do not have a facility for picking up but we cop flak all the time from customers who say “we saw it on their website and they named you” They don’t read the site
correctly and we are not named but no amount of telling them where they can go to collect will appease them.
Sometimes it is not the poor old newsagent’s fault.
