With Doctor Who media coverage and social media interest at fever pitch we are making the most of the first issue of the Doctor Who partwork with placement in the aisle where Doctor Who titles are usually located. We are also pitching this launch issue in two other locations.
This launch is helping with and benefiting from all our other Doctor Who products.
Delivered 6 copies. As a rule we would normally receive around 50-100 copies of a 1st issue.
Rang GG allocation could not be changed go through the web site.

I will ring GG again today but this merry go round.
I have had a very similar experience with Network.
I am in Nexus
My business has excellent customer service. But it’s this inability or non-commitment from ONE of my major supply partners that will see me cull another 120 Magazine pockets.
Not promoting it at all I have 3 on my shelf but will not be putting any effort into it untill GG fix there allocations system .
Brett this has absolutely nothing to do with nexus. Call Gotch and ask to have the matter escalated. If you are in a marketing group ask them to help.
It shouldn’t matter if you are in a marketing group or not.Partworks are just joke – customers don’t understand supply issues hell even we don’t, they just walk away blaming the newsagent for not being able to supply
Paul my marketing group comment was more about having another avenue of influence. It’s where a representative voice can make a difference sometimes.
As of, now no more put aways for part works. Customers will have to buy from the shop floor and if they miss out back order (payment up front). I hate doing this as I consider it inferior customer service but with the shocking supply of part works we have to operate this way. Shame on the distributors.
