The front page headline on the Herald Sun newspaper today is promoting a 23% discount for seven-day home delivery. So much for headlines selling newspapers. Retail only newsagents might want to remove this as a courtesy for the many customer who remove these stickers themselves.
The Adelaide Advertiser had the same promo this morning
The Adelaide has the same promo, we have removed them to service our customers also!!
I cannot think of another scenario where a supplier can or would encourage a customer NOT to purchase a product from the retailer they see it at. Does this contravene any fair trading laws??????
Same here, pulled the sticker off every copy of the Advertiser. And the rep wonders why I put the papers where I want them, not where he wants them.
