I early returned our supply of 2014 Phantom diaries because of poor margin, poor payment terms, high cover price (high cost to us of theft), that Phantom sales are low for us and our diary offer is full with high margin product we selected for ourselves.
We should have been invited to order what we wanted.
We did not top the product as we could have – we sent back full copies.
we did the same with dolly/girlfriend?? calendars and diaries for the same reasons. My calendar offer is better for me(profitwise) using other suppliers than GG or network. assuming there are only so many diary and calendar sales I prefer to sell mine than theirs.
I am Happy to keep the branded offer even at the normal rate.
Dolly, Girlfriend Country Life as these are know and looked for by customers.
But not the rubbish.
It is not as hard to sell a know brand at fair markup then selling non know brands at better markup.
