Following the airing last night on the nine network of Easter with the Australian Women’s Weekly we all ought to put the latest issue of magazine at the counter, next to newspapers and elsewhere to leverage interesting following the TV show.

The TV Easter special and early delivery are great, however by splitting the delivery they’ve made a mistake. Most sales are in the first week and after put away’ I’m left with not much floor stock, I’ll sellout well before next Wednesday when the rest arrive.

I don’t understand why anyone would favor a subbies sales over their own.
It’s not hard to make sure your shop has enough stock so you get your sales.
I am sorry but to me it is bad business and it will cost you more than 12.5% when customers decide to go elsewhere if they can’t get it from you.

Mary my subbys paper work is printed out the day before , my guy comes in at 3 in the morning to pack the orders . His job is to pack what ever is on the order .
Networks job is to supply me with what i need to fill these orders and to give enough notice of things like this ,as i said maybe there was an email and i missed it and if there was then this is my fault if not then bad move on networks behalf .

only notice about split deliveries and bumper issues seems to be a A4 paper with the dockets.

Network expects us to adjust sub orders on the fly in the morning, fine for owners who knows shop needs x amount, but staff who follow sub agent dockets wouldn’t know any different.

would be good to get advance notice with emails or messages via exchangeit.
