Have completed the survey last week but would like to make the following statement to News. Just had a direct long time customer cancel their paper delivery with me. Why? They are going to be getting the paper for FREE. Customer wouldn’t elaborate any further. Don’t worry about dwindling subscriptions – these paper companies are killing themselves!
