I think T2020 is Nationwides attempt to finally fix all the home delivery problems that have occurred in recent years once and for all.
It’s a shame to see Tony, and others, lose their runs when he obviously sees it as an important part of his business.
I personally think that 10000 papers is over kill, I’d much prefer to see them take on smaller areas to solve the problem and let the newsagents that are happy to do paper runs continue to do so.
