Is it just me or are hair magazine sales under performing other magazines? While there are a couple of titles doing okay, I am seeing others where sales are in free fall.
So here’s my question, is it just me or are other newsagents seeing this hair related titles?
This is why i love this blog…….made me check out some Hair Mags which i may not have previously done until prompted here.
Perfect Hair, average of 1 or 2 sales each issue but no sales for the last 3 issues.
Hairstyles only, average of 1 to 3 copies per issue but none sold for the last 3 issues.
Great Hair, averages 1 or 2 but only came in yesterday so will see what happens with it.
Very poor performance overall really. Hope all the ladies out there havent resorted to home haircuts……then again that could save us blokes a fortune…..
As hairdressers are small businessess I expect they feel a downturn in turnover the same way all of us do, and cut expenditure.
My hair mag sales are down a little from 2 years ago, but holding fairly steady at the moment.
I actually gave up on hair mags six months ago after six months of no sales for the titles I had. Haven’t missed them, although I see GG is trying to sneak some UK one’s by me this month.
