I am in Europe on business and noticed this display at the checkout of a downtown Geneva supermarket a few days ago. Talk about tempting. I love Toblerone. Look at the size of each bar. While in Australia we face cheap packet soup, home brand candy, crumpets and other low value items, apparently in Geneva size does matter when it comes to driving the impulse purchase.
Jokes aside, this display made an impact … like any good retail display does.
