This does not surprise me. I have felt for sometime that good quality glossy magazines that make coffee table reading are not likely to lose much market to online publication. Collectable magazines should also be resilent in an online market.
The ones I would expect to decline would be the cheaper mags such as gossip, comics (except collectables), trading mags etc.
This will leave us with a smaller category but not a dead one…..probably assisting in filtering out the crap we all complain about.
