Our work pitching the ACP Slow Cooker Cookbook is paying off with our Frankston store selling our in a few days and our Forest Hill store passing a 50% sell through in the same time. The best location has been the food column with the weeklies. I hope other newsagents seized this opportunity.
We have a bit of a problem up here in northern NSW in that Big W is selling it for less then $25. Being a relatively small city everyone knows about it and it makes us look bad that we are selling it of $15 more. It just makes newsagents look expensive and I cannot even price match because we do not make that money on the title.

recieved 8 copies of slow cooker and have sold out – no replacement stock available until early returns come in – will be a good seller if stock is available
what a laugh they actually plan for early returns ,just goes to show what system they are workng on
I have heard from ACP that there is plenty more stock of thistitle available. We certainly ordered stock for one of my stores without a problem.
Mark did you get yout extra stock , i orderd mine on the first morning of onsale i was told there is stock but as of today i still have no stock
