I know I go on here about bagged magazines (they are not browser friendly and waste newsagent space), especially the junk from Express Publications. Yesterday, one customer bought three packs of bagged Express Publications magazines. I asked her why. They were for a gift and they knew the person liked crafts. The purchaser was not into crafts – she said she had no idea what magazine was good or not so she went for volume. I didn’t have the heart to tell her that one magazine was current the other two were ranging from old to ancient.

Did anyone else get a whole stack of rubbish from Network today? Books and more bagged mags? You know – the ones they’ll sandwich mags you want, between them in the bundles?

We have just completed a supp returns for network worth just over $1000 that includes just todays (31/07/09) oversupplies. We have done this with netonline and will argue the credits be put on next months statement as we returned them this month.
See how we go. I’m sick of the last day of the month gauge.
there argument will be that the 28th is the last day for returns …there for the 28th should be the last day of the month
does anyone know what the last day for returns to GG are when you use there web site ??
You give up too easily Shaun, they bill to the end of the month, therefore they are required to give credit until the end of the billing cycle. If the cycle finishes on the 28th then why do we get billed until the last day of the month.
Make an argument based on facts not emotion and you get results, and do not get put off by the plebs you first speak to on the phone go up the ladder. Stay nice and polite but stick to your guns, it does work.
well thats the way i read the HOW TO DO RETURNS letter i may be wrong and if you are correct well thats great news i will be doing returns untill the last day of the month no problem . as far as talking to the wrong people well share your contacts i cannot seem to get past the the network phone center they will never pass me onto anyone else .Luke is this also the same with GG ?

Timing of Credits
Please note. Returns claims must be lodged before Midday on the last working day of each month. Claims lodged after that time will not be credited to the statement for that month.
so i presume this is for supps as well ?

I’ve also done a claim and am getting the mags sent back today.
