Apparently our delivery person’s truck broke down a bit further up the coast, in the wee hours.
Although, we usually get our Monday’s mags the evening before, so I don’t know what else was going on…

major problems in areas of NSW this morning.According to the contractor, they received the bulks of the various monday morning weeklies, but next to no key parcels.Their depot is within our area so I went to see what had happened, and they were taking calls left right and centre on the issue.Yet to hear anything more on the issue and have claimed the relevant shortages.

How can we go about instituting change? This blog is fantastic for venting about our over supply, poor deliveries, lack of commissions, lack of support from associations and don’t get me wrong everyone needs to vent so it provides an excellent outlet (for which I am sure many people are thankful) but how do we go about changing things?
These frustrations are not one off, there is a lot of agreement on issues. Who’s not doing their job and why do they still have one?
I know I am new to the game and maybe thats why I have a naive fresh enthusiasm but I like to use a proactive to my work and am not content to just do nothing.

One supplier delivered one bundle instead of fifteen expected. Called up, and they don’t seem to believe me!
At the end of the day they should see no EDI sales for the titles missing, am I right?
