The matter of ACCC v Bill Express & Ors has been set down for a trial before Justice Finkelstein commencing on 10 August 2009. A pre-trial conference has been listed for 11.30 a.m. on 22 July 2009.
Has anyone heard or have any information relating to the Bill Express equipment? Will it be collected? Will stores be returned to how they were pre installation (ie holes in walls/ceilings etc.)?

The next court hearing is in August. In the meantime, don;t dispose of the equipment.
