Click here to download a copy of our March customer newsletter. As the photo shows, we have this in a help-yourself stand at the front of our newsagency at Forest Hill. While it is a bit of work to produce the newsletter, it is a valuable way we spread our stories to passers-by.
I think the newsletter is a great idea to get customers feeling part of a community. I particularly like the price comparisons with Big W. However from reading the newsletter, I’d be less inclined to shop in your store due to the three obvious grammatical errors found in a quick read of the advertising. It just doesn’t seem a professional enough publication.

I had a quick read only found the one that Bill pointed out ,but it surley would not put me off from shopping there . If anything to me it says that it was done with a personal touch and not just a mass produced newsletter
