I received a call from another newsagent who has achieved a refund of three months of Bill Express equipment rental payments as a result of reading about it here. This is great news. While the status of the finance agreements is yet to be tested, any return of cash in the meantime has to be welcome.

Just looked at my Bank Statement and noticed that I received 3 credits yesterday for Insite Deposits from Bill Express… Not much, but they were a few $100 each…
This one must have fallen through the cracks, and I know I want be offering them back…
Has anyone else received credits to their accounts????

Peter, The credits from InSite are a catch up. Several people have been working behind the scenes to get this sorted out for newsagents – it is something else the ANF has failed at. Mark
