Click here to download a copy of the proof of debt form newsagent can complete to register as a creditor of OnQ. OnQ is the company which committed to paying a monthly rebate to newsagents. I have lodged a form for rebates not paid this year. Once you have completed the form, keep a copy and post the original to Worrells, GPO Box 1834, Melbourne 3000.
While there is no money in OnQ and therefore no apparent chance of getting the rebates repaid, newsagents shold still register as a creditor. I have claimed $1,050 for each of my newsagencies – rebates payable as per contract.
Thanks for making this process easier for us, Mark.

I don’t have any paperwork, promising the rebate as far as I know. Any ideas on what I could do to claim?

It would be in your contract. $210 a month from when it stopped.

Put the claim in even if you don’t have any paperwork.

I was reading the letter from BE explaining the new payment structure (10/4/08), looking for wording related to ‘changes to contract’, but could not find any. I know this is something we will have to consult a legal professional about, but I was concerned about the removal of the Dial Time rebate as well. Should I just stick to the advertising rebate for the purposes of the creditor form for Worrells?

More grandstanding from the newsagency ‘white knight’.

Don’t worry folks, either ‘anon’ & ‘concerned’ are one & the same; or they’ve been scooped out of the same pietre dish.

by saying bx rebates are still valid would that be saying the rental doccuments are also still valid

Pat, the rebates were valid until BX ceased business and , similarly, the rental documents which are so inextricably linked to BX, OnQ, DialTime, etc should also stop as there is no product available to be processed via the equipment.

Ronny (anon), if you’re going to ridicule others about their grammar i think it’d be best to check your own before you post so you don’t look stupid like you have here. Always start the first word of your sentence with a capital letter and always finish a question with a question mark.

I am so glad I found this blog it gives me hope that someone out there is fighting Bill Express. Mark I don’t know who or where you are but I agree with what you say. I stopped payments after legal advice and if BX want me to pay for something that doesn’t exist they’ll have to hunt me down and find me. I paid over $2000 for their useless product and my tiny newsagency/takeaway/corner store only turns over $250,000/year with a profit of about $20,000. So I wish I had never heard of them. The day the salesman arrived and said $495+gst/month I said no thank you …bye.. but then came the sales pitch of rebates and subsidies and I was conned. Usually we say RIP when something is dead and gone but for Bill Express I say RIH…rot in hell.
