Instant lottery sales up 40%

scratch_il.JPGOur sales of instant lottery tickets are up 40% for the first week of July compared to the same week a year ago.

While the jump may be due to the publicity surrounding the replacement of Tattersalls instant product with Intralot product, the sales growth is higher than I expected – especially given the challenges in displaying the Intralot product in the optimum position for their success.

Mark, are you able to show any photos of how you are displaying your scratchies. I am finding that the dispensers are actually killing sales.

Rowan see the photo from late last week. This will change to the cubes once we have space. mark

our sales are up massively too… customers seem to be responding well to the new games.

although we are finding the barcode scanning system to be “less up to scratch” so to speak than Tattersall’s scratchies.

    is anyone else experiencing difficulties?

im having trouble getting my scratchies, i have places 3 orders with the terminals on the 1st july, 5th july and yesterday. i was told when i rang on tuesday that monday was the day i should be recieving my order. its now late thursday and still no scratchies and i ran out last friday. i ring twice a day but all they can say is that they have a few teething problems, well thats not good enough for me. especially if im still paying the delivery fee but not receving any delivery’s.
