A great read. But i would be careful to filter though its Amercia-centric focus – some of this does not and won’t ever be apply in Australia.
Jarryd I agree re filtering. Given the importance of Gen Y on our businesses it’s a good starting point for many newsagents if only to shock them (us) into a new world.
