Mark, does it really suprise anyone that any state in the US are legislating morality? The US has a very tarnished history (and present) of such legislation.
This is most likely not the place to get into a discussion on the issue. The depth of such an issue is vast and requires more than rhetorical banter.
For the record, i am no fan of many of the United States laws or political policies. I despise legislating ‘morality’, however one may define such a thing.
Lets hope that laws such as this dont make it through the Australian political system.
