My understanding is that News Ltd is to launch a Brisbane edition of their popular MX free daily. MX is a good product as it’s better than expected success in Melbourne and Sydney attests. I understand the importance of free dailies to publishers. My only hope is that they do not leave their current focus on major city transit locations and start to locate product in retail channels. This would hurt newsagents.
I have sent a message but I don’t think it went thru I’m looking for back copies of the paper dated 15 May 2007 an article on Jackie Marshall, I work with two of her family memebers and would like to get some copes for them.

I have been trying to get some back issues of the daily too. All I get has been no response to any of my emails. I am not sure if I have the right email address or what. I have been looking for more of them because I found that the publication is really good and well written for a free daily. I would like to find more of the topics that were written about. I just would like to find if the rest are up to the same quality that I have come to know about in few that I have read. I also been getting this bad feeling that the daily no longer exists. Could that be why I have not been able to get a response to my email? I have not see an edition of the paper for a while. Though, it always was hard to find one.
I’m really scared about this newspaper being FREE. We all know that most FREE stuff isn’t that good in terms of quality. I just hope that News Ltd will not sacrifice quality over quantity. I hope they will try to change the usual norm regarding free stuff.
